Seiyuu (voice actors) are a big deal in Japan, where people will watch an anime sometimes for the famous seiyuu alone. It is a big part of the main attraction if one is not familiar with the series from the manga, and deserves its own little section on this site.

Toshihiko Seki ( 関 俊彦 ) is a very popular seiyuu, and has voiced many characters in both anime and games. He plays both serious roles as well as high-strung characters. In Petshop of Horrors, he voices Count D. He portrays Count D wonderfully, the voice teasing and just a tad mysterious and feminine, but still obviously male, just like he is in the manga. Other famous roles he has performed are Duo Maxwell of Gundam Wing, Mousse from Ranma 1/2, Watari Yutaka from Yami no Matsuei and Ludwig in Meine Liebe.

Masaya Onosaka (小野坂 昌也) voices Leon Orcot. His gruff, loud voice matches Leon's character to a tee, and it suits Leon perfectly. It is enjoyable to listen to him, as he can express the annoyed and slightly exasparated mood Leon wears for the four episodes quite well. Masaya is best-known for his roles as Vash the Stampede on Trigun, Takeshi Momoshiro on Prince of Tennis and Hikoichi Aida on Slam Dunk.

Itsuki Yukino voices Leon's partner, Jill. Itsuki is rather unknown in the seiyuu world, having only voiced Jill, and nobody else (as far as I can tell). She has a high voice, and quips and sounds playful like Jill, so the voice matches her nicely. Jill only plays a very small part in the OVA.

Miho Yamada (山田 美穂) voices Q-chan. Her high-pitched voice works particularly well for the... squeaks Q-chan produces. Miho plays Nike in Appleseed, the movie, Minami Makimura in Comic Party and Atosryac in Banner of the Stars .
